Do not send anything here that you are afraid of losing. The front staff is incompetent. My $710 package for pickup with ID and signature was given to the wrong person and the UPS worker admitted to forging the customer signature with a “smiley face”. This was an absolute fail in chain of custody and procedures. The way it was handled by staff the night of the encounter was even worse. Luckily, management got ahold of the customer in possession of my package for the last 20 hours and he returned it, but not everyone is willing to return a $700+ piece of jewelry. Complete fault and liability is on the UPS worker that handled the pickup and staff working last night for not escalating the situation immediately. repercussions for the workers involved should be termination.

I absolutely love this location. I could go anywhere but I always go here because the team working there makes me happy. 80 percent of the time it’s a lady squad of do gooders who get my requests accomplished within minutes, seconds even. They provide great customer service!

I think customers in store should be prioritized. I came in asking for one binding and an existing binding to be fixed. It was a 5-10 minute job. No one was in the store but me and I was asked to drop and come back. The $13 order basically doubled with gas cost of me having to go back and forth. They were done in an hour after I was there. Seems like she just didn’t want to hustle and get the job done. Wanted to do it on her schedule.

Swift and easy process everytime I go there. It’s always a joy to see either Laken Tristan or Ariana working there cause I know there will be no issues with the service.
