  Had a wild experience there this morning 5/18. Came into order and was told that I would not be allowed to customize my order, I said I was happy to pay more but the older lady rudely said it comes how it comes. I enjoy subway and I’m incredibly disappointed in this experience. I just turned around and left. I would leave 0 stars if I could as I’ve never been to a subway and someone tell me I can’t customize my order.

  My sandwich looked like it had been through chemo. Barely anything on it just a bread sandwich. Recommend going to any of the surrounding subway locations.

  So very disappointing when you bite into a sub and you get burnt meatballs. You can't hire people to care about what comes out I don't need to waste my money.
