    Service was very efficient and the area was very clean looking which helps make the experience more enjoyable! Food also tasted amazing! I could tell it was freshly made! Lastly the person that helped me (Danny) was super kind and friendly! Always makes for a welcoming experience!

    The food was great me being a single mom the 30 for 30 or the 20 for $20 or the 10 for 10 it really helped and I hope they never take it away and I love their french fries I feed it to my baby all the time and he loves it and my daughter she's 13 and she's and she always comes to Wingstop

    The flavor chicken i got was terrible(temp flavor) and, but guess what, without hesitation, they replaced it and I was most grateful. For a chain wing spot, its good food. I'd like to see extra sauces at no charge, cause frankly it's NEVER enough. It's lame. Been coming for years and always like it. Definitely worth a visit.

    This is my second time coming to this restaurant, and I do not recommend it if you want to avoid a terrible experience. Not only did they get my order wrong, but they also refuse to refund my money. The employee entered 50 wings when I only ordered 15. She told me I would receive a refund, but that never happened. I have been back six times and spoken with different employees every time. None of them have helped me. They all keep saying that my money will be refunded, but it never is. Their customer service is terrible. I also filed a complaint through the company’s main website, and that was useless as well because nobody responded to my complaint. Be very careful with what they charge you for, because you could end up losing both your money and your time dealing with them.

    I ordered 15 wings to go, but the employee misunderstood me and charged me for 50 wings instead. The total came out to almost $90. I didn’t notice at first because the payment terminal doesn’t show the total amount clearly while paying. As soon as I saw the receipt, I immediately told the employee it was supposed to be 15 wings, not 50. She explained that I had to pay again for the correct order of 15 wings, and that the full amount for the 50 wings would be refunded to me. It has now been more than 15 days, and I still have not received my refund or any real response. Every time I go in, they say someone will contact me, but nobody ever does. I should not lose almost $100 because of a billing mistake that was not my fault. Very disappointing customer service.
