  Wow. I just had a great experience at the FedEx Ship Center. I arrived 15 minutes before closing and I am a complete rookie when it comes to shipping packages. It would have been very easy for Josh C. to treat me rudely. Instead, he gave me very fast and friendly service. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand, and he was careful to make sure I understood the consequences of my choices, even though it took him extra time. He was a model of excellent service. Give that man a raise!

  Kylee was very helpful in getting my package delivered to me.It was perishable medication that needed to be refrigerated ASAP. She was able to get ahold of the driver that had the package to get it delivered to me because of unforeseen events,he couldn't deliver it to me earlier in the day.Awesome customer service!

  This location is either understaffed, cutting corners, or is just incompetent. Almost every package that comes through this Magna location has a delay. Insane. It makes me never want to use fedex ever again just because the constant delays from specifically this location.
