  My package was misdelivered, but they will not allow me to file a claim, request a driver retrieval, let alone even report the package as missing. I have called into customer support several times already but am repeatedly shut down and told that they will not differ any assistance and I have to search for the package on my own.

  They charged me $17.50 to walk in with a flash drive and have something printed. They said it was considered a rush order. What crap! Time to find a new printer! I though $2.50 was bad when they charged that. How do you go from $2.50 to $17.50. There was not one other person in the store. The flippant clerk said I could come back in the morning - that would wave the fee. The copies were already printed, but I’m supposed to come back in the morning? If I didn’t need the prints RIGHT NOW I would have ordered them online. Great customer service Kinkos!

  Edward It's one of the worst customer service I've ever received. Maybe he's the owner of the store or so, he thinks he treats you as if you were nobody
