  They charged me $17.50 to walk in with a flash drive and have something printed. They said it was considered a rush order. What crap! Time to find a new printer! I though $2.50 was bad when they charged that. How do you go from $2.50 to $17.50. There was not one other person in the store. The flippant clerk said I could come back in the morning - that would wave the fee. The copies were already printed, but I’m supposed to come back in the morning? If I didn’t need the prints RIGHT NOW I would have ordered them online. Great customer service Kinkos!

  Edward It's one of the worst customer service I've ever received. Maybe he's the owner of the store or so, he thinks he treats you as if you were nobody

  Edward was incredibly rude and not at all helpful. Just stood there hands in pockets all upset about nothing, very soft spoken and ignorant. Very rude. 0/10 will use another fedex in the future. If and when my package goes missing Edward is to blame, he didn't even put the label on the package after scanning my qr code.
