We ordered online. When we went to pick them up they hadn’t even started working on them!! They only had 1 employee working!! We waited an additional 25 minutes. When we got the sandwiches 3 out of the 5 were made incorrectly! Love Subway but extremely disappointed in this experience!!

Still waiting my order said it was ready to pick up at 5:40 it’s now 6:15 and I still don’t think they have even started my order.

They assigned a girl to work by herself when she clearly is new and doesn’t know what she’s doing. Wait for close to 20 minutes. Mobile orders were coming in while I was standing in line, and the employee continued to fulfill mobile orders ahead of the people that had already been standing in line before those orders. I finally got so frustrated I just left. To be clear, I don’t blame the girl, as we’ve all been there before, I blame the management of this store that clearly doesn’t train or staff properly. And this seems to be an ongoing issue as evidence of multiple reviews that have spanned over months. I will not come back to this store again.

She was taking her time with the online orders and she didn’t take my order until she was done with all the online orders. I was here for an hour 1.
