(Steptember 29th at 7 to 8 pm) please Don't come here to activate your phone the lady who helped us had her earphones in and kept saying she cant help up because someone else threw a phone at her and didn't care to even to even call the company she instead had another conservation with someone on the phone not about work at all because i know Spanish and she was saying no mames like thats professional so i called online and it made the process so much easier and they activated my phone within 30 min and than we went home and saw that she deactivated the wrong phone number so we went back and she gave us the RUDEST attitude ever and she said this is the reason why doesn't like to activate phone like what is there job there ????

I went here expecting to be abe to purchase crickets and all they had was cellphones and cellphone accessories. When I asked for a cricket, one of the salesmen actually to pass off one of the phones as an insect. Don't insult my intelligence.
