  I had a coworker recommend me this location just for the service Ari offers and not going lie it’s a far distance from my house but it’s worth it Yall need to go in and Ask for the manager Ari . I only went in asking about upgrading my phones not planning on leaving with any, left with 2. Because She didnt force me to buy unnecessary stuff as I’ve been to other locations and feels like I’m being forced to purchase something I don’t need. Explains everything. Makes me feel welcomed, it’s not an awkward sale as she asks questions and makes it comfortable. Had the best experience with her . You can tell she goes above and beyond for her customers as I will be coming back to this location. No matter the distance . She explains everything, makes sure everything is set before leaving the store. Gave me her store card in case I have any questions. She was excellent , friendly and nice. Which is what we all want from retail locations.

  DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS. MANAGER IS RUDE. REFUSED TO CALL THE DISTRICT MANAGER. I SAY THEY NEED TO CLOSE THEIR DOORS AND BECOME SQUASHED CRICKETS! NOT JUST ME, ANOTHER CUSTOMER WAS COMPLAINING! USE VERIZON FOLKS! THEY HAVE MONTHLY SERVICES IF THATS WHAT YOU NEED!
