My mother in law visited this subway today and the treatment of the manager appalled me.
There seemed to have been a misunderstanding with one of her orders and the manager made a comment to my mother in law stating and I quote "you are always coming into our store and stressing our employees".
I understand things can get stressful and overwhelming, I too have worked for subway prior and I know how busy it can get and how complicated some orders may seem however these are still paying customers at the end of the day and if something is not right they have the right to mention and have it fixed. Reading previous reviews it seems like this is not the first time that the manager has made comments like this and made a customer feel uncomfortable, If you do not like YOUR JOB or your customers then dont work there.
I will give praise to the guy who ended up taking over and fixing her sandwhich with no attitude or issue, treated her with the out most respect. We did not get his name unfortunately but he understood what giving great customer service was about.

Every time I go in it just gets worse and worse. I absolutely hate this location.. my bread was so crunchy and burnt. My requests for my sandwich was a suggestion I guess. I asked for more pickles and more olives. There was barely any. They completely forgot my mayo and salt and pepper. I asked for a light amount of banana peppers and they slammed my sandwich with so many peppers. The tomatoes tasted a little off and super squishy. This location never has fresh veggies. They always look bad. I will never be returning..

I come to this location every now and then and today I went to get sandwiches with a friend for dinner and I’d say we had one of the best experiences because of Trisa. She was so kind and had amazing customer service. I will definitely be coming back because of her, thank you so much Trisa!

Door dash driver waiting over 20 plus minutes to get a $6.90 order delivery to your customer all because you got one employee working. Very frustrating! Profits non. Update 30 minutes to complete order and customer ended up canceling order got half paid super awesome! Not!

I ordered here often, once every week or two. I had recently ordered 2 footlongs and when I picked them up and got home, I was missing half the ingredients I ordered. This location is always accurate and timely, so I was surprised and disappointed. But- afterwards I reached out and spoke with Veronica, the manager, who I hadn't met yet before. Very quickly, she took care of making it right and I really really appreciated her and her desires to see happy customers, even though she never made the initial mistake.
I try to be understanding when a mistake is made, but when a manager of company goes out of their way to make it right... that earns lifelong loyalty. I plan to keep bringing my business here where Veronica does such a great job making me feel valued and treated fairly. I will probably start coming twice as often, and that is solely thanks to Veronica!
