  Went in to get a shipping label printed because their website is the worst. They made me set up an account online at the store and it didn’t work. Then they claimed their shipping calculator was down so they couldn’t print a label. WHAT IS THE POINT OF YOUR SHOP??! Never again FedEx!

  I have Scott help me every time I come in and this guy is seriously calm, kind and helpful. He is awesome. I love doing my Amazon returns here instead of Kohl's or UPS.

  Scott was so kind and helpful! I came in not knowing a thing about sending something out of country- he helped walk me through the entire process and made sure to answer any questions i had about the paperwork. I left feeling so much better about everything and learned a ton! Thank you so much! Highly recommend this location
