I got asked if I was okay not having my sandwich toasted when they are still open. I agree that it was a couple minutes before closing but they shouldn’t close everything down until after closing time. She took my sandwich to the back and it was toasted at all. The drinks were also already shut down so it needed to be put back on. Don’t close until the actually closing time.

Usually a pretty chill place. The manager/employees are generally very friendly and the food is good.
This gets a 1 star due to the store not being clear on their policies.
I came in to grab some protein pockets a few weeks ago and was able to sub tomatoes for olives on the pocket because I really don’t like them. I’m assuming he was the manager on duty at the time but he was understanding and made that change. (Getting rid of one ingredient to put on a veggie which I’m sure has no value difference negligible to the cost.)
Great experience that day.
Today’s experience sucked. Employee was not understanding/didn’t ask a manager to see if I could sub out tomatoes for olives. Didn’t honor the request even though they had several times before. Making me look rude and be embarrassed for even asking.
Most likely won’t recommend this spot anymore. Do better.

I had a great experience at this Subway. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in.
The food was fresh, prepared exactly how I wanted it, and tasted great. I didn't run into any issues with my order or the service—everything was fast and efficient. Definitely a reliable spot for a fresh meal. I’ll be back!

A sweet gal named Maya helped us this evening. Something glitched on our online order so our bread and pick up time were all messed up. She explained that online orders are out of her control and she followed what was requested, which she did 100%. The sandwiches were picked up but not what we wanted. She corrected the problem and was VERY professional about the whole situation and made things right. We frequent this location and will continue to do so because of people like her. If she's not a manager, she should be! Thank you Maya, great customer service!
