  If I could leave 0 stars I would, stopped to get a sandwhich and it wasn’t toasted even though I asked them to toast it. Went back in not even a minute later and asked if they could please toast it since it wasn’t and they said they couldn’t take it back because it was against their policy. Inconvenient and disappointing.

  There’s 4 employees. 3 of them must be supervisors because they supervise 1 employee working while the 4 of us in line and the 3 subway supervisors watch. So total 7 people watching 1 subway employee work. Cold meat and long waits. Why pay employees who don’t work?

  Never fresh. I always place an order for online pickup up and they always make it and it’s sitting there for an hour. I call them today to let them know and they tell me know it’s summer time they have to make the orders as soon as they come in. I’ve never heard of that’s. That’s nasty! I put an order to be made in an hour and they make it right there and then every time. Don’t come here unless you want food poisoning. I had to contact DoorDash and receive a refund!
