  YOU HAVE ALL MY INFORMATION AND NOBODY IS RESPONDING EVERYBODY KNOWS ABOUT IT FROM YOUR OFFICE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CORPORATE. THE PROBLEM IS YOU DON'T ANSWER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT ANSWER SO HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET THIS ADDRESSED I'VE MADE TWO ESCALATIONS WITH LICENSING WITH AGENTS FROM THE US INSTEAD OF YOUR OFFSHORE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE. If I could give them no stars I would. First I talked to Gabe over a year ago to get my insurance he had no clue what was going on and I kept having charges added and subtracted from my policy premiums. Next I had to deal with Tori. She is rude and dismissive and doesn't know the business. Allstate tried to take money out of my policy after it was already paid in full I called her to get it straightened out and all she did was give me the runaround. Ryan got involved and really didn't say anything and wasn't helpful. I've been sending constant emails when I get no response from either of them. I finally canceled my policy and I'm now fighting to get money back that Allstate owes me. Don't do any business with this Allstate branch they take it from you whenever they make a mistake and then add it back from you. I will be reporting them to the state of Utah for their shady business practices.

  The local people are always courteous but when I notified them of my changing to a different insurance company, they did not immediately make those changes in their system. They did for the home policy but not for the auto and I can tell they are going to withdraw the money for the next six months from my account in spite of my giving them several weeks notice. I AM FURIOUS ABOUT THIS.
