  Absolutely amazing service at the Cricket store! Elizabeth was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand the issue, handled everything perfectly, and made sure everything was resolved in the best possible way. Her customer service was truly outstanding and she went above and beyond to help us. It is rare to meet someone so knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely dedicated to helping customers.   My dad got a new phone, we came inside to switch the phone number from his old phone to the new one. Angel was there to help us out. Did everything in less than 5 minutes. He was very welcoming and attentive!

  ** update January 18, 2026. The staff member named Angel helped us today update a SIM and was super helpful super friendly and we recommend them a lot! The staff are really good if you ever have any problems. When they are busy it can take a few minutes to get an unoccupied person to help you. Usually setting up a new phone service can take a bit. I've been with Cricket for over a year now and their service is great, I get great reception in St. George, Vegas, I-15, Provo, & Salt Lake area for when I travel. I've used an unlocked Android Phone and a SIM card provided by Cricket and never had spotty service. They use a lot of the same towers as AT&T and T-Mobile so if you have any of those providers it should be easy to switch.
