  Absolutely amazing service at the Cricket store! Elizabeth was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand the issue, handled everything perfectly, and made sure everything was resolved in the best possible way. Her customer service was truly outstanding and she went above and beyond to help us. It is rare to meet someone so knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely dedicated to helping customers.   My dad got a new phone, we came inside to switch the phone number from his old phone to the new one. Angel was there to help us out. Did everything in less than 5 minutes. He was very welcoming and attentive!

  We were charged for activating a new line that didn't work. We went to other store to figure out how to unblock the phone. When we came back without success the girl told us that they can't reimburse us the $60 we just paid, even though we never activated the phone line. Terrible terrible experience!
