This place is weird. Checking stuff on my phone and they locked the door as if I’m some criminal. Weirdos.

Absolutely amazing service at the Cricket store! Elizabeth was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand the issue, handled everything perfectly, and made sure everything was resolved in the best possible way. Her customer service was truly outstanding and she went above and beyond to help us. It is rare to meet someone so knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely dedicated to helping customers. Thank you, Elizabeth, for making a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend this store and especially Elizabeth! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you need a cheap phone and cheap service this place will do. I had to pick up a cheap phone for my business and it took like 45 minutes for the employee to activate it. Their computer systems have to be from like 2004.
