I came in to order two sandwiches for I and my wife and this bigger lady with freckles took my order and had a ton of attitude and was very impatient the curly haired employee was nice however
First off, the ginger male working there is very rude and simply looks like he would rather be anywhere else other than the job that mind you - HE chose. There is literally no reason to have such animosity or sass towards customers. While making my sandwich, he gave me unreasonable attitude and had no customer service manners. It genuinely just looked like he hated me for no reason. I don’t want to be too harsh because everyone has things going on in their lives, but it’s absolutely unfair to the customers that this establishment is serving. When I was trying to leave the restaurant, I accidentally used the wrong door to which he yelled “other door! There’s a sign!” Like, I don’t know why you are so rude😭. As someone who has worked in customer service, this man definitely needs to be trained more regarding the way he treats customers. Also, they forgot the avocado on my gf’s mobile order. You guys need to reevaluate your employees as well as who you want to uphold the values of your restaurant. Will not be returning.
The kids running the store lately definitely need some more training. We have gone in a couple times the past few weeks and it's been a mess. It takes FOREVER to get a sandwich made, the veggies are less than desirable, few bread options, bad food handling and hygiene.

I ordered on the app and when i arrived, i parked where i thought the curbside parking was supposed to be. There was an employee outside on a break that gave me the dirtiest look as i drove up. i got out of my vehicle and they asked me to not park there next time. i pointed to the curbside pickup sign and was confused what i was doing wrong. the employee only pointed at the no parking lines on the ground and gave me attitude instead of simply telling me the correct place to park for curbside pickup. I then went inside and talked to the other two employees inside. i asked them what i was doing wrong and they were very kind and told me the correct parking place. just some FYI, I have parked in that exact spot to pickup orders many many times, and nobody has ever said anything to kindly correct me so i didn't know i was doing anything wrong.
Other than that, the the food is normally pretty good. But, i always select the option for extra mayo and they put the smallest amount. As well as i love their chocolate chip cookies. But they are almost always out of them which is pretty annoying.

I have to say, this was one of the best services I've had at this subway. My server was Dominick and he was really nice and made sure I got exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend going here and specifically ask for Dominick. Will definitely be going back.
