  Nobody was in the front to make sandwiches. I was standing there for 10 minutes and I see 2 girls hidden all the way in the back talking and 1 sitting down at the tables socializing with someone else. They clearly don't care here

  We had to wait a few minutes for an employee to actually show up behind the counter to help...we had to click the service bell twice but other than that she was polite & did a great job with our order.
