  Jaxon was such a great customer service rep for us. He was extremely professional and helpful in his service. Awesome store, probably our best experience in purchasing a new phone. Clarissa was so professional, patient and friendly as it took some time to get our old number ported from another company to my husbands new phone. Well done great customer service. Thanks again

  I come to Cricket from T-Mobile thinking now that they are with ATT that the experience would be better, I was not sure as to whether or not my phone was locked are not, yet they didn't hesitate to take my money anyways, just to tell me that they could not hook up one of the phones and yet they were going to keep the money anyway because they do not do refunds. Aaron was rude, unaware of policy, smelled of cigarettes, and lied about were the owner (who was nowhere to be found and told Aaron that he was in a meeting) was when dealing with this and that he would refund the other line but had to get a code to do this. I will do my 1 month and will NEVER use them (Cricket or this location) again. They are thieves and a prime example of the kind of business we have to stop to doing business with to stop this kind of practice and behavior. DO NOT USE THEM. I will leave a review on Cricket website. Please join if you have experienced the same (sure you have)

  The girls at this store are great! My phone screen shattered and the phone I had was now obsolete so they hooked me up with another one and made sure that this time I got the insurance. These girls know their stuff and I never feel like I am being pressured into buying accessories.

  Absolutely horrendous. I haven't been able to get my phone above 2 bars for the last 3 months. I called the store and asked if cricket was planning on building any more towers out here and I was told to try turning my phone off and on. When that didn't work, the person at the store told me that it used to be a lot worse out here. They're not interested in customer service or making sure you're satisfied as a customer. Absolutely awful service at this location and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I'd rather be without service than have to deal with these people again.
