  Lady locked the door in front of me walking up to quickly drop a package off before they close. Then just ignored and didnt look at me. Disappointing

  Wasn’t given packaging options, wasn’t given box size options and shipping options. I was told bubble wrap and craft paper is the same price… not possible. They used a much bigger box than what could’ve been used so my shipping cost went up as well…

  This store is probably great but shipping for phones and electronics are idiotic!! For items that require a signature, they don’t let you sign anything or sign something ahead of time and so they expect people to have to sit around all day crossing their fingers that the delivery guy actually rings the doorbell??? So inefficient, inept, and imbecilic . UPS fix this neglectful policy it’s so wasteful and rude!

  I have been shipping with ups, fedex, and usps but never have i been asked for ID to ship. I have shipped from different states across the nation due to my job. Agent was rude and said she had no control and it was their policy. I had no choice then to go hunt down an ID as i came in rush to ship an urgent package. I will not be coming back to this location and i would recommend you dont. Make the extra drive to a different location. P.s. the time i was there no one else was asked for ID then again the other ppl that was there where to ship where not Hispanic. Reply to your Answer: if its from ups corporate then why other stores dont do it and you do?? Not to mention about a week or so prior i had shipped. As mention i ship all the time from different places. Also the reason i brought the other customers was because they where shipping as well but was only asked for the name, phone number, and adress. Not for ID like me. I have officially file a complaint for discrimination due your reply.
