    Jonathan is the real MVP twice we have come in becuase the subway website and mobile ordering is so bad. Johnathan is freindly, very helpful and very efficient. This guy really saved the day twice now. I may not have ever come back to subway if it weren't for this guy. And to make things better he is also really fun with our 2 year old son. Thank you Johnathan for showing a little care and being personable. 👍🏻 Note to the boss: please give this man a raise.

    I went in today 3/28/26 @ 9:26. When I first walked in, she was polite. Then she kept me waiting to finish the big order when we had a little conversation that order didn’t need to be done until about noon. She was doing half of a sandwiches. So she kept me waiting. Then I was a little bit of annoyed. I’m not gonna lie just because I was in a hurry, and I have some workers today helping me at my home. Mind you. I was the only person in the restaurant. She was not busy at all. She also did not know the menu whatsoever. I wanted to order seven sandwiches that she was giving me so much attitude. Seven foot-long’s I didn’t order 7 foot longs. I just ordered three sandwiches and I split them up. I didn’t know their orders very well and I was trying to make sure my workers had what they wanted. She was looking at me like I was the issue because I didn’t know people‘s orders. So I would stop and think for a minute to make sure that I can communicate with them. I also asked for soft cookies. I love when the cookies are really soft and when I asked her about it, she opened her eyes big and was like well. “I don’t know” obviously, you have to check if the cookie is soft. I won’t be coming to this location. I’ll just drive a little bit down by Walmart. They’re always good with me there and I don’t have an issue there and I would’ve gave her a really nice tip but because of her attitude and how I was treated, I don’t have to bring my money here. They used to have really friendly and kind workers at this location so I don’t know what happened to them.
