  FedEx delivered some packages and the driver drove into one of my trees. I am presuming that the driver backed up the van into it because how else could the driver not know they were driving into a tree. I tried calling their distribution to give a complaint about the recklessness of their drivers, but their until phone system is designed to frustrate people and keep them from actually talking to a person.

  Great customer service from Brad at this location. He went above and beyond to help us pick up our package, he is truly an asset for FedEx. We are from out of state, and after a long line of problems, Brad was our answer. Thank you FedEx!
