  I am writing to share security camera footage of a recent delivery to my home. The attached video shows the FedEx driver throwing my package, which I find unacceptable.

  I live in a rural area and my driveway is pretty long. One of their driver’s came bombing down my driveway and almost struck my daughter who was playing. I can’t even call anyone to complain because there is no one to complain to. Their phone system sucks. It’s basically designed to frustrate you into giving up.

  They call and leave a message but no way to return the call. How am I supposed to get in ouch with you if you dont leave a number I Can call. You called me and wanted a return call. All I get when using the number you called from is a robo-attendant that does nothing.
