  Great customer service from Brad at this location. He went above and beyond to help us pick up our package, he is truly an asset for FedEx. We are from out of state, and after a long line of problems, Brad was our answer. Thank you FedEx!

  I am writing to share security camera footage of a recent delivery to my home. The attached video shows the FedEx driver throwing my package, which I find unacceptable.

  I live in a rural area and my driveway is pretty long. One of their driver’s came bombing down my driveway and almost struck my daughter who was playing. I can’t even call anyone to complain because there is no one to complain to. Their phone system sucks. It’s basically designed to frustrate you into giving up.
