  The Employee's are great that is if the store is actually open my mom and I have gone there the last few months to pay our phone bills and Everytime either of us have gone there the store has been closed during business hours always with a note posted in the window of the doors saying that someone will be back in 10 mins but that has yet to be true it's frustrating to have this happen each time we've shown up especially bc it's hotter than Hell in this town imagine how they would feel if the tables were turned

  After botching porting my own number online, I went here because I got sick of being on hold with the Cricket customer service and being hung up on. The staff weren't really obligated to help me since I didn't buy from them directly but the staff took their time to do so. Amazing crew, wish I would have come here first to just have my phone activated. Phone works now with their help. I'd rate higher if I could.

  I would like to commend an employee at the store on Bluff in St. George (Markie). She was extremely helpful and friendly in setting up my replacement phone.
