  The Employee's are great that is if the store is actually open my mom and I have gone there the last few months to pay our phone bills and Everytime either of us have gone there the store has been closed during business hours always with a note posted in the window of the doors saying that someone will be back in 10 mins but that has yet to be true it's frustrating to have this happen each time we've shown up especially bc it's hotter than Hell in this town imagine how they would feel if the tables were turned

  GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Jose helped me out with a damaged sim card replacement. He was quick courteous and very knowledgeable with Crickets setup of the BYOP service and helped me get my service going on my new phone after I busted my old sim card trying to remove it from my old phone. I will continue using you guys! thanks!

  I attend my phone payments in person, as I don't always use credit or debit cards or online services as a preference. The employees tend to remember me and there are some who have handled my services for more than a year or two now. Familiar faces in a day of errands makes for a more pleasant outting. They service family and friends of mine, the senior employees are well rehearsed in their career and set a healthy foundation for anyone looking for opportunity in this line of service. Having a cell phone service, provided by cricket in St. George Utah, means you have local stores, that are here to stay! Thank you all for doing you best
