Bad customer services was the worst didn't even try to defuse the problem just made it worse not coming back to this one.

Extremely disappointed with this Subway location inside Walmart.
I ordered the Walmart Value Footlong sandwich, and when I got to the counter, they told me they were out of lettuce and tomatoes — two basic ingredients that are supposed to come with the sandwich. I politely asked if they could suggest or replace those missing ingredients with something else since it wasn’t my fault they were out of stock.
Instead of trying to help, THREE employees were rude and dismissive. One of them literally told me: “The sandwich is as it is. You can’t add or change anything.” So I asked what exactly I was supposed to receive if they were missing ingredients, and they said my sandwich would just come with chicken and onions inside. Seriously?
That is ridiculous customer service. If a promotion includes certain ingredients and the store is out of them, the least they can do is offer a reasonable replacement instead of being rude to customers.
Honestly, every time I go to a Subway inside Walmart, the service is terrible. Employees are rude, the attitude is awful, and it just keeps getting worse.

The employees on 5/23/2026 at 7:30-8 were very rude and disrespectful. When we walked in the attitude immediately started. Laughing at me and my friend while ordering, then proceeded to say they couldn’t take a $50 bill on a $49 order, while trying to figure out another payment method they sat there laughing. One employee told us if we couldn’t figure it out then she didn’t know how to help us with attitude not in a sincere way. We figured out how to pay and they were still laughing at us, proceeded to laugh talk and stare as we walked out of the store. Will absolutely not be going back to this location the customer service was by far the worst I’ve experienced.
Wow the 2 redhead ladies that work here are extremely extremely rude. They need to hire some more people. If you don’t like your job that much then you shouldn’t be there. They are ill mannered and very impatient. I literally had to apologize to the lady in front of me FOR them who was trying to order 2 sandwiches because how rude they were being. I said I couldn’t believe they talked to you that way.

I despise this subway. The food is not good and the customer service is HORRENDOUS!! I have had multiple experiences where I have stood around for 15+ minutes waiting for someone to assist me at the counter. Food quality is disappointing and so expensive for what it is.
