While ordering, two guests came in behind us, to which an employee looked at all of us and loudly said “UGH why is it getting busy?” He wasn’t wearing a name tag, but he did brag about graduating high school a year early. I worked several years in customer service, and would have never behaved that way in front of customers.
Logan checked us out at the end. We asked for a combo with cookies instead of chips. Logan said “You only get one cookie, so what do you want?” The menu says otherwise, but I’m not arguing over a cookie. Rip off for sure though.
Beyond that, the lobby was spotless and the food was standard for Subway. Just a bit put off by employee interactions.

We came here today (Sunday) at 11:45. They had been open for 45 minutes. The girl taking our order had crumbs on her mouth, as if she had been eating. I asked for olives and banana peppers on my sandwich, but she said they were out of them. We asked for 2 cookies with our order, but they only had 1 cookie in the display case. She had gotten 3 pans of cookies out of the oven while she was making our sandwiches, but she said we couldn’t have any of those- we could only have the 1 that was in the display case. We got the feeling that she had been eating instead of setting things up, and didn’t want to bother getting olives, banana peppers, and cookies out for us. We wish we had gone somewhere else for lunch!

I will always go to Subway, it’s good. But, when I went to this location, there were two employees who were constantly sniffling every 3 seconds, no joke. I get its cold and flu season, I was sick not too long ago too! But making my sandwich with their head down and putting cookies in the bag without wearing a mask where they could have gotten snot all over my food kind of grossed me out. Idk if wearing masks or not is standard Subway protocols, of course they had gloves on so that’s good at least. But I really wish they would have if they have and cold or flu symptoms, I feel like that’s reasonable to wish for ad a customer at a restaurant. I’m also pregnant so maybe I’m just being paranoid and a bit of a Karen. The cashier at the time helping me pay for my food rudely told another kid working there to do a task and I’m sure that was the manager or shift lead, but I felt like his tone to that worker was kind of rude and I felt bad for the kid. Just be careful I guess if you don’t want to risk getting sick.
