  A customer came in with a buy one get one free, and the manager just sat there and berated him telling him that it wouldn't work because the sandwiches he wanted were fresh fit..... But on the menu it said they were deli classic and the coupons should have worked The manager was very unprofessional and quite rude to the customer. Three of the five customers inline walked out! Because of how rude the manager was to customers!!!

  Don't take in a coupon they will do everything they can light cheat and steal to make it to the coupon will not work! They also have cheaper prices on their own app but they won't give it to you And with coupons they will try to tell you it doesn't cover a favorites or classics or this that and the other but the coupon says it does, but they say oh no that's that's not the way it's supposed to be and will not let it work. Shady employees shady management

  Absolutely the worse customer experience ive had for a dinning out fast food. I came in this past Monday at 8:20pm to pick up dinner for my family of 3. When I walked in the store there was one person on the line and one person cleaning up in the back. The lady (Addison) was helping the two people a head of me. You could tell by her voice that she was annoyed & told me she would be with me in a moment which I told her no rush. When it was time to order, I started with my sons kids turkey & cheese sandwich. I asked if she would mind toasting it & which she replied back its a kids sandwich. I said yes, he likes the cheese a little melted. Its at that time the male staff walks up & said I can ring you up. Which I told him was fine, but I still wasn't done ordering. Thats when Addison in a very snarky tone asked "well how many are you ordering?" Caught off guard by her attitude, I said "we'll thats for my 6y/o and I still need to order wifes as well as mine" I then I asked them both "you guys don't close for another minutes right?" She said yeah it's fine.. I watched as she continued to make my order.. Let me say that as she put those sandwiches together, I could only be more taken back. They looked awful, just throwing everything on there. Thats when another family walked in & all I could think was that some Karma if ever seen. By this time the male staff had once again disappeared in the back. I asked for a bag & told her I would bag my stuff so she could help the customers. Ive worked in fast food a long time & never seen such terrible service. Im going to stay away from subway for a bit & Probably wont be coming back to this location. If I do & can see a positive change, I'll update or rewrite my review.

  Just wasn't it today. Lettuce was brown wich sucked. got spinach instead on my sandwich once he topped it on there I seen that the spinach was discolored and extremely soggy. Also store is dirty and unorganized But thats usualy what happens when you let your employees sit at a booth to play on there phone instead of having them do any work. Pathetic
