    Bread from days ago?? It crumbled all over the place with each bite. The produce looked extremely old too. Just disappointing.

    Lady who took my order was nice. Got 2 subs, the special deal ones that are advertised. She said I had to get the toppings listed. Several other times I’ve been in the employees have all let me choose 3 toppings. Either let me choose or not. Get it together!

    This has now happened twice. I ordered my food through the app at a time to where it should be done by the time I get there or at least started on so I can grab it and go. Well the last 2 times I have ordered through the app my receipt was placed on the counter and the worker just walked back into the back both times was the same worker. I know he was the one that did it because this last time I placed my order I was in line of check out in Walmart where this subway is connected and my husband went and watched this happen. I order through the app so I dont have to wait the entire time for it to be made. The first time this happened I waited until 10 minutes after the app says to come pick it up. Guess what it was not started until I rang the help bell and mentioned i had a mobile order. I thought the point of the app was so people didnt have to wait for the order to be made while instore. And this happened many times. I put toasted in the app and every time yet when I pick it up its never toasted.
