  Daniela helped me and solved my issue with no trouble. It's a small store but extremely knowledgeable staff. Two other crickets stores couldn't help me and the customer service line couldn't figure out what Daniela seemed to completely understand and fix.

  They were not open at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday the 7th of January. Hours on the door State they are open until 8:00 p.m. I was not able to pay my bill which was due and had to go to another location.

  The past 3 times I've come here to pay a bill, the person has been "out on a bathroom break" Won't come back because no one is ever actually working here

  This place doesn't open at 10:00 on the week days. The owner just come whenever they want
