  The girl at the front desk was very friendly, and I found some parts I had been looking for. In other auto parts stores, I had to wait a few days.

  Came in with a receipt to return an item from another AAP location after realizing it wouldn’t fit. Worker told me she couldn’t process my return and said nothing else. I asked why and they said their system didn’t recognize the store I bought it from (Riverdale, Utah) even though she didn’t scan my receipt or item. Drove 10 mins down the road to the Murray location received a much warmer welcome and they did my return, was in and out in 2 minutes.

  I had a great experience with getting my car battery changed out. Two ladies were working the desk. Both were very knowledgeable and helped me get the correct battery and coolant for my car. It took less than half an hour to switch out my car battery. She even taught me how to fix my hood stick holder which had wiggled it way out of it holder. Super helpful and friendly.

  Came into recieve my reciept after a purchase. Got treated poorly, utterly poorly, which, It has never happened before, I've came and purchased items from this store multiple times with no issue. Its just sad to see customer service gradually depreciate. I wouldn't recommend going to this location, any others at least.
