This place has gone down hill fast. My wife and I place orders every Saturday on the app. The last month or two have been hit or miss and today was the last straw. I placed my order at 1:00 for a pick up at 3:00. I walked in at 3 and they hadn't even started my order. They kept helping people that came in after me. At 3:18 I received my order. When I got home, it was wrong. I ordered and paid for 50% extra meat and there was one slice of turkey and one slice of ham. Previous weeks they put the wrong veggies on each sandwich. The guy with the long hair, glasses, tattoos and gauges in his ears is the one there every time I've picked up my order and it's been wrong. There were also times that I've found hair in the sandwich. We're done, this place is bad!
Really solid experience at this Subway. The employees were welcoming and took their time to get my order right without making it feel rushed & the ingredients were fresh

Wasted an absurd amount of time and money driving to this location—unfortunately the closest one—only to be greeted with their trademark refusal to follow even the most basic online instructions. The staff also seem allergic to communicating when they’ve run out of an item, choosing instead to silently substitute whatever they feel like, as if customers are participating in some deranged sandwich lottery.
The revolving door of new employees is impressive in the worst possible way. Every visit feels like a fresh batch of recruits who’ve been trained exclusively in how to irritate customers. Whoever is responsible for hiring and training—owner, manager, or whatever unfortunate hybrid they form—clearly lacks the physical, mental, and managerial qualifications required to run a restaurant. They should strongly reconsider their career path before contributing further to the collective stress of humanity.
Running a restaurant requires a team mindset and a basic understanding of what it’s like to be a customer. This location demonstrates neither. Instead, it operates like a case study in how not to run a business.
And regarding the infamous “portion control” excuse: if that’s truly why double toppings mysteriously never happen, then this location is openly violating Subway’s own policies. Don’t let them bluff you. Report them to corporate—just as I have, and will continue to do for this particular store.

Great subway. I love the meatball sub. The italian is also good.
Went in today and the lady working there was very rude she hassled me about asking for extra spinach on my sandwich, look I like veggies on my sandwich ok you don't charge extra for them and it's not like I'm asking for a sandwich with extra everything or something ridiculous like that just put a good amount of spinach on there when I ask for extra. And no one a
Or two extra leaves is not adequate.
If I want my sandwich to basically be a salad in between bread who are you to judge. Just make the damn sandwich and hold the attitude.
