  I’m giving it 5 stars because I can’t give more. But this hotel deserves an 11-plus, Check-in was made by the Manager on Duty, Ms. Talala—a professional, pleasant person with a lovely smile. She looked for the best way. to accommodate us in the best possible way for our four-night stay. The room was an excellent size, and the carpet was spotless. Bathroom was spotless, too. Everything in the room worked perfectly. The breakfast was spectacular: bacon every day and a different menu daily. The breakfast person in charge of breakfast, was always kind and kept everything running smoothly. Say Good Morning,and Have a Nice Day everyday. But what really stood out to me—after more than 20 years of traveling across the country and staying at various hotel chains. Is that this , without a doubt, the cleanest Best Western or Hotel,I have ever seen, from the rooms and common areas to the pool and outdoor spaces. The housekeeping staff works hard every day to make that happen. And quiet and safe place If you're looking for a place in the area, this is the place. Thanks for the warm welcome and all the care.   Simply amazed by EVERYTHING, from front desk service helping walk me through the online reservation, to in person service at check in , and to the willingness and rapidness of meeting my extra needs (spare pillow for hip support, and extra set of toiletries). Melinda is an absolute angel for this travel weary veteran. She was extremely polite, joyful and thoughtful. Not to mention how throughly she explained all the amenities. I wish she was able to be in every location, you NEED MILLION MORE MERINDA'S.

  Mala experiencia encontramos dos chinches en la cama ! Un dia antes de desalojar ! A la media noche ! Decidimos solo avisar al otro dia por que pensamos no cambiaria nada ! Estaba empacando ! Y alomejor solo kos cambiarian de abitacion ! No dormimos esa noche revisando todo nuestras cosas y la habiatacion eran dos camas ! Al otro dia les dijimos en recepcion ! Solo nos dijo la mujer que debimos avisar en el momento ! Y que llamaranos a el manejador ! Y que alomejor nos darian puntos o algo ! 🫣tengan cuidado revisen las camas lleven sus sabanas ! Aparte la cafetera eataba sucia ! No pude hacer un cafe

  This place was great. Clean room and facilities, great breakfast options, nice pool. We were happy with this stay and they exceeded our expectations.
