So weird a man named Bradford thinks you don’t have to put your name on a shipment. Where has he been living? Under a rock. Hope he never goes back to your store. Also - FedEx requires a DL - good luck BRAD!
Long story short-
I was being helped by a nice kid, another kid Paxton kept putting his phone in the employees face and laughing. He was making fun of a “Hairy faced woman”. My child has a disorder and grows unwanted hair , she would be mortified if he laughed at her . I asked him what was wrong with him and he laughed and said it’s “on my phone”. Spoke to the manager Lexi and she yelled at me for saying he was acting like an idiot and told me to email the store. I did and have still heard nothing in 24 hrs.
There are 5 kids running this store and only 1 who is professional and not on his cell phone. I will not be going back. So unprofessional!

Dropped off iPhone to be sent to T-Mobile it’s been three weeks and T-mobile hasn’t received it . I called and they have no record of it I didn’t get a receipt because I’ve done this before and never have a problem until now . Get a receipt when you go.

So the only good thing about my experience was the fact I could get my papers printed. Other than that, their shipping system was "down," which, okay, maybe that's true. Ridiculous that this happens, but fair enough right? The problem is, I walk in, and the lady I speak to is incredibly vapid and unprofessional. I can't believe people like this exist. I go up to the counter, and she just stares at me and says nothing.
So I tell her what I want. Without a word, she walks around the counter to the computer. Very rudely she holds her hand out without a word, and I realize she wants the flash drive. It is good I've done this before, otherwise this would've been pretty confusing to me. Imagine treating a first time customer like this. She takes my flash drive and helps me print so that's good.
The whole time she is very rudely shouting across the store at the other two ladies, and when I ask if I can send the printed papers in an envelope, they tell me shipping is down, and they are smiling while saying this. Given the rudeness of their behavior and their lack of decent courtesy, they could have just been lying for all I know.
Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be returning to this store after this experience.
I always relied on this location as the staff are efficient and courteous all the time. Except for the last two times I've been there only to be assisted by a new, unhappy, apathetic staff. Walked in and she was laying down on top of the major work table and on her phone, mind you this is afternoon busy hour. Very unprofessional. This is while the rest of her costaff were working, the manager was on the phone. She quickly jumped off the work table and up to the register as if ready to help me. But no acknowledgment whatsoever from her, which is fine. As I was looking for my label to be sent, I apologized twice to her said "I'm sorry I'm just looking for my label." No word from her, she just gave off "I'm an inconvenience." Again, apathy. Finally, sent the email to them. I looked up to say I sent it, she was looking purposely away and appeared miffed from it all, again ignored me, no words. So I grabbed my package and walked over to a working manager instead and she gladly assisted me.
It is unfortunate, you hired this "privileged" feeling employee that stained your good reputation. Two occasions, she was on duty and both were unapologetic-you're such an inconvenience vibe. No thank you nothing. Granted she is new but she does not need to display a "I am better than you" attitude, and a smirk that gives she's just unhappy to be there. The rest of the staff are wonderful, they give a family business, hardworking, great camaraderie atmosphere. Until you come across this one bad apple. : /
