  The assistant store manager Taylor was so mean so mean! After I left the store, was still in shocking. After he told me that it’s $1.34 to print a label and I express the surprise, because the other ups location only charge $1. He just assumed that i want it for free and kept accusing me that i want it for free. After I asked him to include the printing label and packaging envelopes together and I’ll pay for it. He said: “of course I’m going to charge you for the packaging, nothing is free. “ I thought he was being really sarcastic, then I told him he was not nice. He didn’t stop there, he said: “ you are crying over $1.34 for printing, that’s why I said that” I was so stunned by what he just said to me. So I told him that I’m not gonna deal with this, and I’m going to drop my package at other ups location. He immediately ask me to leave, and he said: are you going to leave? I was busy at getting my stuff out of the packing I got from them ( the one I was trying to pay for) so I can give that package back to them, so I said :” No, imm going to give this packaging back to you first. “ He immediately went to the back to report to his manager said I refuse to leave and he’ll call someone to force me to leave or something. By the time, I was so shocked and speechless, i told the store manager what happened, and I left the store with shaking and in shock because of what Taylor did. What is wrong with this person!?? I was told there is camera and they will have recording of their employee’s behavior. I hope the video will be reviewed. This is so bad so bad! UPS headquarter should know about how this location treat their customers!

  I use the UPS located in West Jordan, UT by Redwood and they are always super friendly and helpful. Emily has such a great personality for customer service.

  Do NOT trust this company or this location with your packages and personal documents. They can't find the certified copy of my birth certificate or notarized attorney's documents. They also can't track my tracking number. I've used them for years but they've gone FAR down hill and will only let me speak to an automated agent no matter how many times I request to speak to a live representative. In the future I'll spend any amount of money at FedEx or any amount of time waiting in line at USPS to ensure my critical documents actually make it where they're supposed to.

  Corbin provided exceptional service with two *very* heavy and fragile packages to pack and secure the packages just right.

  Adam (who’s in training, day 6) had phenomenal customer service skills. He greeted everyone with a smile and was just happy to be there. Give that guy a raise!
