  Waited at self serve kiosk because previous customer had 5 packages. 2 employees were waiting around. Was told they couldn't help because everyone had to use self serve to drop packages. Gone are the helpful employees.

  Jade helped me- Nita, she was so patient and considerate. A pleasure to work with and I was very grateful for her help. She helped me find the very most cost effective solution to get a birthday gift to someone very special to me! She also promised to take her time packaging the items with care which eased my worries. She has great customer service and I hope she is recognized for her hard work and great attitude which is rare to find in customer service anymore! Thanks! 🙏🏼
