  I came in with a large heavy package that was already labeled. Instead of receiving assistance at the counter I was instructed to lift the package at an odd angle to get the barcode scanned. When I inquired why they couldn’t scan this package at the desk, while he was scanning other packages, he said it could only be scanned at the kiosk. Seems like a ridiculous system coupled with bad customer service.

  I go in to get pictures scanned in so I can make larger prints from old pictures I had. Three different times the machine failed, and I had to restart the first time.The representative jade came over to help me and wiped all of my progress that I made and had to start everything all over again. Then, come to find out that most photo machines like the ones at CVS don't recognize PDF. So everything I did was not only a waste of time but a waste of money and no one at this store showed any concern or any accountability for what I just went through. Just so you know what you're getting into when you go there. I gave them the benefit of the doubt time and time again and it continued to be a calamity with either ignorance or incompetence.

  Waited behind a man with huge order for 10 minutes, no acknowledgment from employee and the self service did not work for a simple Amazon return. ups is so much better. I left, argh
