    I love this place! The help is always friendly and efficient. There can be long lines, but they move very quickly. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful.

    I love the self service option for Amazon returns. I also love how many employees are there to help. This location always seems to be busy but the staff work hard to make it work quickly so you are in and out in a timely manner.

    One star only because zero stars isn't an option. I chose UPS for a reason—not USPS. If I wanted USPS handling my package, I would have gone directly to USPS. I paid over $60 for overnight shipping because I expected UPS to deliver the package the next day, as promised. Instead, the package was never delivered. The address was accepted by your system, I was given a tracking number, my payment was processed, and everything appeared to be in order. Then the tracking information started sending me all over the place with conflicting updates and no clear answers. The package never reached its intended destination, and nobody could seem to tell me where it actually was. What makes this even worse is that I was never informed that the address was supposedly undeliverable, nor was I told that the shipment could be transferred, delayed, returned, or otherwise fail to arrive as expected. Had I known any of that, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Eventually, the package was returned to sender and showed up at my house nearly two weeks later. Thank God it eventually arrived, because for a while it appeared to have completely disappeared. I was genuinely concerned that it had been lost for good. The contents were important, and the lack of communication and accountability throughout the process was unacceptable. This is not my first issue with UPS. It is not my second or third, either. Over the years, I have experienced repeated problems involving poor communication, lack of disclosure, incorrect information, and failures to properly inform customers of important details regarding their shipments. The most frustrating part is that customers are left chasing answers and trying to track down packages while UPS passes the responsibility elsewhere. I paid UPS. I trusted UPS with my shipment. UPS failed to deliver the service I paid for. This experience reminded me exactly why I stopped relying on UPS whenever I had another option available. Going forward, I will be using FedEx. After years of recurring issues and this latest disaster, UPS has completely lost my trust.

    This store is always a hot mess, the self serve machines never work, the only saving grace is that the staff is kind and quick. This UPS location is in such a demand it needs a bigger location not a shared location with subway (which makes the store smell terrible but plays no part in the review)

    Terrible customer service. Showed up 1 minute before closing with one package to drop off at the kiosk and I was out. They had a line of people in the store and let people back in after locking the doors on me and multiple others. Again, all of us there BEFORE closing time. Hopefully the “local” owners read this and get a handle on their employees
