  I came into the UPS store and there was a very long line. The young employee set next so I walked up there. And he said let me see your ID before even talking to me. He then proceeded to take a long time and wanted to know five more questions about me. He wanted to know what was inside the box so I told him. He was not very personable. He was very unfriendly. You wanted to charge me $16 and a half dollars for a very tiny little box. Not once did he ever look at me.

  Eli needs a raise UPS. Came through from me when no one else could. Got my print job and made me a hero when I returned home with the goods.

  Too often and for consecutive days, this location as well as others in Lehi and Draper have had system problems and are unable to accept Amazon returns. This has been ongoing for 2-3 weeks. When this happened a couple of weeks ago, I was told it was a problem with the CMS (customer management service?). It was restored days later and has happened again. What’s going on? Is it UPS? Is it Amazon?
