  kendall is probably one of the best workers ive seen in awhile! she was so kind when we walked in and she made our sanwhiches super fast! she was super friendly anf fun to talk to aswell, give this girl a raise!

  There is something genuinely wrong w the thursday evening shift. So rude. And moving at a snails pace. It was 8:05 when I walked in. Ive never seen this type of behavior in my life. I also used to work at subway so I know this is unacceptable.

  I made an online order and there’s no lt an option telling them to toast it so I wrote in the notes toasted. When They did not they Proceeded to take 5ish mins to make my order. It should take 1min per sandwich due to the fast food rules/standards because it Was dead That’s annoying but when the Tall blonde guy with curly hair asked where does it say so on the receipt. As if I didn’t have a right to say I wanted it toasted. Bro. Just remake the sandwich you have time. Your Waste batch better not be that bad Either! Plus no napkins 1 star

  Kristina, I can't say enough great things about her. She is an exceptional communicator who kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire process feel effortless.   I had the pleasure of being served by Kristina, she was absolutely amazing, very personable, great conversationalist, very informative, which made my sandwich choosing extremely easy. She greeted me as soon as I walked in, in the middle of helping another customer. She let me know she would be right with me, once she finished with the other customer's, which was actually pretty smooth and fast, she got me started on my sandwich and just before i knew it the process was already over. That is how great of an experience this was, I was simply blown away by her energy, and communication. I highly recommend going to see Kristina at the crossroads location, she will make your day. I Hope the manager's get to see these because she deserves a promotion for the hard work she puts in, and makes it seem so effortless. Too all of subway, Thank you for Kristina.
