    Staff here are super kind, I talk with them often, and that do their job quickly, some times they seem preoccupied, with other things.

    I went through the drive through on 06/11 around 12:40 pm. The old man working the drive through was genuinely the rudest customer service experience I have ever had. he was immediately aggressive with his tone and basically yelling at me for absolutely no reason. I tried to tell him I would be ordering 4 sandwiches and was cut off with him yelling at me asking what bread did i want. i let him know one of the sandwiches was a premade meal, and he yelled at me again saying he needed the bread for all 4 sandwiches first. i said the premade would be white, and same with the other 3. then he yelled again for no reason! I then said again, the first sandwich is the premade honey mustard. he tried to repeat it and repeated a completely different sandwich, so i nicely corrected him and repeated myself. I then was yelled at AGAIN!! him literally screaming at me saying we’ll do you want that sandwich or something else. i let him know he was being extremely rude and drove off. It is absolutely not mine or anyone else’s fault you are having a bad or off day. YOUR JOB is to be kind to costumers! I work in food and that is genuinely the easiest part of your job. This man has to be checked or talked to. he was so extremely rude.

    If I could use zero I would. Just picked up my food and when I walked in the girl looked at me and didnt acknowledge me. Went to the front and the redhead kid didn’t look at me at all and tossed my order on the counter and didn’t look at me at all. No one was kind or welcoming and I was completely stunned. Never going here again. I hope both of those employees feel good about themselves.

    Tasty food as usual, just the lady did NOT seem happy to see anyone. She gave me a kinda tone like I was stupid and did not change gloves between orders

    We went to get subway tonight at about 8pm and the lady that made my sandwich hardly put any bacon on it. Lowkey most of my sandwich was just veg. She was also super unfriendly and rude and I didn’t appreciate how she treated my husband and I
