    Got home and my sandwich was not right. Very upset I was looking forward to that sub… :( I got things I didn’t order but didn’t get what I did order plus I only got tomatoes on half my sub?.. 10/10 did not like….

    Had an badl experience today!!They do not check the receipts.They just make the sandwiches However they want! Then they forget items on the orders. Will not be ordering here again.My sandwich turned out awful!

    Wish I could just leave the stars blank, went in today for the third time this week and just like every other time I've been, they're completely out of bread and had the music blasting throughout the place. Completely un professional driving to a different one further out would most likely work best. Don't waste your time with the saratoga subway

    I asked for a toasted tuna sandwich on white today, 7/17/14 at 2:00 pm at the drive thru. By the time I got my drink, my sandwich arrived, I said to the girl at the window, "Wow, that was fast. Are you sure it's toasted?" "Yes, it's toasted." I felt inside the packaging and the bread felt soft. "This is toasted?" "Yes". I should have pulled it out and looked and showed her. Got to a parking space, pulled it out - and it wasn't toasted. Because it had Provolone cheese, I wanted that to be somewhat melted. And where was the tuna? Skimpiest tuna sandwich I ever had. I don't want to be just eating a lot of bread and very little inside. That's not a sandwich. The experience felt like I was a hurried customer for whatever reason. Because I wasn't inside to see the thing being made, I was at their mercy - they could have wanted me to be gone fast so they could get back to their conversation, texting, or whatever. It was not a busy time, not the lunch hour. I was not happy and wanted to taste some tuna in the sandwich, heated with melted cheese. Felt cheated. Won't go back.
