Terrible experience. Terrible staff. My wife's Zara order was split into two packages. They handed her only one, then when she drove back just 30 minutes later, they refused to release the second package even after she showed proof it was the same order. They forced her to call Zara just to prove it was legitimate, even though the package sitting there had her name and address on it. One staff member was rude to our 3 year old daughter, raising her voice, saying, “stop touching things!”. Avoid this FedEx if you can.

Can never seem to deliver packages to the correct place. It literally says "ONLY deliver to front door" and yet I'll find it anywhere else, but the front door. I've even found a package literally in the center of the street. I receive more damaged deliveries than not whenever it's FedEx.
I've contacted FedEx 3 times, and they said they'd fix it every time. It's gotten so bad that I've cancelled subscriptions that use FedEx. And if a service uses FedEx, I will go to a competitor with a different shipping company.

Manager helped me and she was super helpful. Just emailed my packing slip and she took care of the rest!

The drivers really need to pay attention to the address they are dropping packages off at.
