  The lady I think her name was Lana had terrible customer service. Wouldn’t let me change my online order. Haven’t had any issues previously. I’ve always had issues with the app never getting it right. Before I placed the order in front of them I asked if I can change it and they said yes. So I was livid when that’s the first thing she said that she couldn’t change it. On top of that she said she couldn’t change the meat on another sandwich their excuse was for “inventory reasons” it was the same price for the other sandwich and they wouldn’t switch it. I was pretty livid with her snarky attitude and lack of service. What happened to customizing your sandwich. It will take me a while to try this location again piss poor customer service.

  Great service, we always stop here during our annual summer time earth journey. Or as you Americans call it “vacation”? What’s wrong with you?! What Americans, are you going to tell me now you don’t call it the boot of your car too, and replaced that with your car’s trunk?! What is wrong with you?! It’s a way to weed out most people that we are dying to see, without dying and running into them, it was Ben that said it best, do this you told me to investigate cousin! HashTagTake5oil does your car’s oil change better than Jiffy Lube, that’s obviously why Karen says, trust Karen or she will eat your soul. You’ve been warned Here’s an example, Yesterday I was at my barbershop, he was messaging Cassie (obvi she’s over you, bro)! He was like, Cass baby girl can I come over for a snickerdoodle? (Honestly, hot take, not sure if that’s an innuendo or he just wants a sweet treat? Eddie you’re a mess, go get a cat or parrot or something and move on already! Lastly, pay your tithing to the Flying Spaghetti Monster or he’ll also eat your soul, mahalo!

  TLDR: Don’t come here if you want to eat at a clean table, not have your shoes stick to the floor, or if you want tea that won’t make you sick. Came in on Wednesday 3/11/26. Maybe it was after a rush, but every table in the shop was dirty. The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a week, the tea machines had grime making them look like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There were 3 employees doing nothing or sitting on their phones when we came in and their state of “work” returned to that right after we ordered our food. The food was fine and had I gone through the drive through, it would have been an average Subway experience. One employee did change the trash while we were here, but it was almost comical how little they were doing considering how much tlc the restaurant needed.
