    This was one of the most disgusting experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway restaurant. There were insects all over the place, and the bread did not appear to be stored properly. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was very concerning. The worst part was when I got a cup to fill with ice from the machine. I expected to get ice only, but instead the cup filled with ice and insects. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I immediately brought it to the employee’s attention and showed her the insects in the cup. Instead of taking the issue seriously, she acted like nothing was wrong and responded with, “I don’t see anything,” even though it was clearly visible. Looking back, I should have reported the situation to the local health department on the spot. Finding insects in ice from a drink machine is a serious sanitation issue and should never happen in a restaurant. A food establishment should take cleanliness and food safety seriously. The condition of this location and the way the issue was handled left me shocked, disgusted, and extremely disappointed. I will not be returning.

    This is the second time I’ve been to this subway and it will be my last. The first time I went the lettuce was so brown and wilted that I asked the server if they could use fresh lettuce. She said all the lettuce we have in unopened bags is also brown. I said then why are you serving it and I left without getting a sandwich. I tried this location again on 5/17/2026 and server 06 was very rude. The tuna had a hard film over it from sitting so long. I asked him if he would bring out fresh tuna and he did but then had an attitude while he made my sandwich. Additionally, all of the tables needed cleaning and I had to use my napkins intended for my meal to clean off the food and debris. So gross. This location needs to use fresh ingredients, they need to do a better job letting the restaurant clean, and the employees need customer service training.
