  A lady in front of us asked for her sandwich to be remade because her other one had a hair in it. They tried to charge her for a new sandwich. Then my husband and I ordered. They tried to charge us twice for my sandwich. Then we sat at the booth to eat and guess what I found in my sandwich. A hair. The customer service was not great. I had to repeat myself multiple times with what I wanted on the sandwich.

  This is one star as a complaint but not for myself, rather on behalf of the poor worker. He did a GREAT job, to be clear. But the poor guy was being run ragged, left alone on a Saturday right before lunch. I don't know if another employee was on lunch or break, or if it was only him, but that is the point...you need enough people to work while others are out. It is a busy, busy area and the location clearly gets plenty of traffic. Watching him struggle to maintain things, both in store and the drive through, plus bake bread, plus manage other stock was painful and yet he did excellent, showing this must be a regular event. Get more employees, not because the ones you have aren't excellent but because theu deserve help and not to be forced to work several people's jobs.
