Made a online order that had a pick up of 5:30pm, arrived at 5:30 pm and didnt get my food until 6. Worker kept making other peoples orders before attempting to make my order. She was so slow and extremely unprofessional. The point of a pick up time with a online order is to pick it up at the specified time. Not make the order 30 minutes after its supposed to be picked up

absolutely the worst customer service experience i’ve had in a minute. 5/30 7pm
walked in and the employee was nowhere, along with the tables for left a mess for god knows how long. the female employee was moping around (seems like she just flat out hates her job) super quiet could barely hear her while she was taking our order, i didn’t get welcomed in- even when i said hello first, zero conversation. all of the veggies looked like they had gone bad.
this subway location is one of the worst from the food to the people to run/work it. yall need to do better or the manager needs to start caring about their business.

They barely put any meat on your sandwich, total rip off
Had to wait for bit in line, but once the customer in front of me finished, they got to me. Meatball Monday hit the spot and pocketbook. Good deal for the day. I enjoyed it heated up and wasn't dry at all. I've had them before and sometimes they go light on the sauce. And when cooked, it dries it out. Not this time. Cashier didn't speak much English, but got my sandwich correct. I'm happy with it. Tastes good.

I like this location, it's always been so clean. But today.... my sandwich was terrible. Out of provolone cheese, out of green peppers, hardly any onions (I asked for extra) & it was barely toasted. Employee was rude & acted like I was imposing on him.
