  I have had a great experience with Rich Davis Allstate agency! The whole crew is amazing!! I had a windshield they needed to be relaired and they were sooo quick, they helped me set up the repair appointment and I had it done in less than a week! I feel like I have an advocate and friend in my insurance agent!! Highly recommend them! You can’t go wrong!! They are the BEST!! 😊

  All state keeps passing me from agent to agent. Very frustrating. I’ve been with them for over 20 years. Service has gone from 10/10 to 1/10. Seems like the agents like to collect money and go on vacation. This summer they send someone INTO my yard to inspect my house. I got a nasty letter saying I need to replace my roof now. They treat their customers as the enemy. It’s a fight every time something happens and when you want to switch companies they make all your tow/windshield/etc look like full on claims. I’m stuck with this awful company forever I guess.
