  Rob has been an outstanding agent—truly the kind of person you want in your corner when it comes to insurance. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure my coverage fits my needs. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, he’s been quick to respond and incredibly thorough in explaining everything. I feel confident and well taken care of knowing Rob is handling my policies. Highly recommend!

  Over the 10+ years of using this agency Kirsten has been nothing but excellent. Today I noticed my policy’s (truck,boat,motorcycle,house) had increased and called to ask some questions regarding my coverage. Laney Derby answered the phone and was hasty and asked if I expected him to find me the info to help me shop. No I expect for you to help your customer of 10 yrs understand his coverage. Long story short there’s better Allstate agents that can give you better service. This has 0 to do with the small policy increase. It’s Laneys attitude that’s the issue
