  HUGE thank you to Nate, who works at this location! I live in Europe and my father lives in SLC, he is handicapped and can't go to the UPS store or call to print documents. So I did spoke with Nate on the phone and he helped me so much to have things done for my father. I really appreciate his help and dedication to his job to find me the best way possible to resolve my problem! Nate thank you so much again, you are a savior!

  I dont know where else to leave this. I have a paddle board I have been waiting at home for for 2 days. Each day they say I was unavailable. I am home and no one is knocking on my door to sign. I called the 1800 number who argued with me that they dont knock for packages, but also that I didnt answer my door and thats why my package was not delivered.(the note they left the first day said signature required, no note today) Today I made sure to be home and listen for the door. My upstairs neighbor had a dog in the yard. Package was marked as attempted delivery. I dont think anyone even pulled into the drive way, the dog usually lets us know when someone is there. I am now being charged to hopefully pick up my package from ups. I am beyond frusterated and not sure where to lodge the complaint. I hope I never recieve another package shipped by ups. Ill be reaching out to the sender to let them know what a hassle this has been :(

  $5 to email and print is ludicrous. $2 to print yourself is ludicrous. Super crazy.

  This is my go-to shipping and notary store! They are quick and very helpful. Staff is always friendly and i rarely have to wait in line.

  I forgot to get his name but the gentleman that helped me today was awesome. I've been to other UPS stores and alot of them are just flat out willing to help or even let you use their dolly. This guy, awesome, thank you!
