  I went and dropped off an Amazon return package at the 358 S. 700 E. location and was a little confused on how to proceed since I usually drop off my Amazon returns at Whole Foods. Caitlin went out of her way to break down step by step what needs to be done in case this happens in the future. She even packaged and labeled the item for me. Caitlin showed great customer skills and professionalism, thanks again for your help.

  Josh is the reason I keep coming back to this UPS Store! He always greets you with a smile and genuinely wants to help. On one visit I had no idea I needed to repack an Amazon return — without hesitation he said "no problem" and took care of it for me. Another time I came in with items to ship and no materials at all, and he patiently helped me find the right box and packing supplies. He is consistently upbeat, helpful, and just a pleasure to deal with. It's rare to find someone who brings that kind of positive energy to their job every single day. Josh is a true asset to this store!
