- BBBriana5 days ago2.0Be aware that the store doesn't close at 7 PM. I arrived at 6:47 and the doors were locked with 2 employees sitting down looking down at their phones waiting for the clock to hit 7PM.
- KWKevin Whitman6 days ago3.0I think this location is very disorganized. When I first set up my box, the guy I was talking to in person lost the paperwork. A few days later, I got a call from a woman saying they would terminate my box by Friday, even though I had just opened it a few days ago. Now I've been getting packages from New York that I didn't order, and they've been addressed to some woman. I will check the tracking number, and it's always from Latham, New York. I usually send them a short email to double-check that it's my name on the package when not expecting anything, and they typically reply within an hour, saying thanks for letting them know and that they logged the package out. Then, this last Monday, I got an email saying I got a package, and I replied with the same sort of message as before, and it's now been about 3 days with no reply. I doubt it's mine, but I'm worried I'll start getting charged for packages that are not even mine. Apparently, the USPS ID thing was so that you only get mail and packages addressed to yourself, but I guess they just go by the box number and don't actually check. Edit: Haha, they replied something generic, copy and paste. Maybe they should check their email they haven't replied to in about 3 days.... and check the names since I thought USPS regulations required them to.
