  I cannot say enough good things about Truman at the Foothill UPS Store! Every time I come in, he greets me with an incredibly positive attitude and makes the entire process seamless and efficient. Whether I am dropping off a quick return, packing up a fragile shipment, or tracking down an order, Truman handles it with a level of professionalism and genuine care that is rare to find. He works quickly to keep the line moving, but never makes you feel rushed, always taking the time to ensure everything is done perfectly. The customer service here is honestly unmatched, and it is entirely because of how helpful and attentive Truman is. He goes above and beyond to answer questions and make sure you are getting the best shipping options available, completely taking the stress out of errands.   Don't use for copy or print services. They have a $2 surcharge for '"Computer Use" regardless of whether you're printing or they are, and regardless of whether you need to edit a file or not. Called up and confirmed that I'd be able to use a copy credit for printing, including paying their Computer Use fee. When I got there the manager decided one of his employees must have agreed to that without his permission, and said no.
