  This is my favorite UPS location. I visit it 2-3 times per week for six years now! The lines always move fast (this UPS location is my preferred versus the FedEx nearby especially when doing Amazon returns). The notary service is very helpful and convenient. The two employees that are always helpful and pleasant are Katie and Jonte!

  The woman that helped me was not pleasant at all. She was extremely upset at the world. She should not be in a position of working with the public.

  Not happy with customer service at your shop. It wasn't busy and your representative helped her with a heavier package which I carried into the shop. It was about 40 lbs, being sent to Massachusetts. She didn't ask for cheapest way to send the box, but yoru employee said USPS Ground Advantage was cheapest, which it is not! UPS Ground is the best way to ship a big box like the one we shipped. We were charged 168.00 vs 70.00 that's a significant difference. Sorry, but you can do better. Update, yes we did go to your store, here is the receipt. I did get the address correctly, so don't assume I just dropped incorrect information. If this is how you answer complaints by just denial then I can see why you get so many bad reviews. Clean it up.

  Every employee in the store was helpful and friendly. I would recommend using this store for shipping needs.
