  Their app charged me for my order, but it apparently didn’t go through in their system, so I never got my sandwich. Even after showing them the charge on my card from their location they refused to fulfill my order. Lame!

  I'm not one to complain. I use to manage a subway. I got off work late and walked in this subway at 9:35pm (close at 10) I know that's late and frustrating. I said what sandwich for the meats and the 1 worker put on the wrong thing. I mentioned that and she just glared. Everything I asked for she barley put anything on and glared. Not a word. I'd ask for more and she would just spread what was already on there. I don't want to be the one coming in late and complaining but it sucks ALOT to have a long day at work, spend the last of your money for the wrong thing you ordered and nothing on it. I asked for the correct meats and was met with a blank stare. Closing sucks, I did it for years. I still made sure people got what they paid for and I still spoke to them. Correct your staff.

  This location needs to close down. It's the worst in the valley. They constantly hire employees that don't understand English and they don't care how your sandwich is made. It's always a big glob of sauce on one end and old veggies on the other in a clump. They short you on meat and cheese all the time and the bread is always hard. Horrible service. Just save yourself the money eat elsewhere. Also, look how much they care. There's not one bit of remorse from a manager on any of the negative comments.
