They do not communicate well and expect you to know what they are asking for. I finally said nevermind and left. Try another location

hey I don't know if anyone told you guys, but when someone orders a BLT.... you're supposed to put bacon on it.. unbelievable. congratulations you guys paid for my very poorly made incorrectly made soggy sandwich... there's more mayo and mustard on this bread than anything else... subway please re-train or fire your staff....

Ordered a tuna footlong via app (paid already) and waited 1 hour and 15 minutes at this location because their “system wasn’t working.” No heads-up, no apology—just straight-up mockery when I asked about the delay. One employee smirked and said something like “Yeah, the computer’s having a bad day, what do you want me to do?” while the other laughed it off like my wasted time was funny.
Instead of saying “sorry” for the ridiculous wait on a simple sandwich, they treated me like an inconvenience. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and zero accountability. Sandwich was average at best after all that. This Subway at 311 W 600 S is a total disaster—avoid unless you enjoy being ridiculed while hungry. 1/5, and that’s being generous. Never returning.
