  I ordered a subway club The meat was only 4 slices of ham, no turkey. It had a hair in it when I opened it up. I only got 1 piece of bacon instead of the 2 or 4 that is supposed to be on there. My bread was toasted as I specified that on my online order. The bread was from yesterday, because the ends of the bread were hardened, and simply just crumbling making a mess. I got roughly 1 tablespoon full of lettuce. My wife ordered the roasted chicken sandwich. Looks like they used 1 tray to cover the foot long sandwich. She did not ask for mayonnaise as they put it on there anyways. Either the female employee who was working on 4-13-2026 at around 11-12 did not care about her job, or she simply was stealing it for herself. Our sandwiches were not made correctly, nor were they toasted, nor did we want mayonnaise on a certain sandwich. We were clearly ripped off on the amount of food we are supposed to recieve on each sandwich. She did not follow the order instructions. She gave us 1 or 2 day old bread that was already hardened on the ends. She completely failed at this order. I do not want to drive back and get my money back. It would be a waste of gas, and my time. This should have never happened. We did not get what we paid for. Either in old bread, 1 tablespoon of lettuce, did not toast our sandwiches, the hair found inside my wrapper, the mayonnaise that was not ordered out on our sandwich. Not a happy customer at all

  This Subway has good, fresh ingredients! The food from here never disappoints me. It’s my go to Subway location, just for that reason! The employees here are nice and work effectively and efficiently! They always make my sandwiches exactly how i like them, and I’m kinda picky. This store has a very fresh and clean environment! It’s also in a slightly hidden location inside of this plaza, so it’s never packed!

  This was the worst customer service. There's absolutely NO way to get a hold of this store. The number doesn't go through. None of the other subway locations knew how to get in contact with them. I did NOT get my order and I have no way to contact anyone about it. I just lost $50. Update: when I finally was able to talk to someone, I was told the reason they didn't answer the phone was because their English was basic. She did not seem to care one bit about the customer.
