  Jordan at this FedEx Office gets zero stars - even though I was forced to select one. I am seriously worried that my package will arrive safely at its location. The fact that I had a package to ship annoyed him as I guess his phone was more interesting.

  I had an expensive guitar shipped to me, with signature required for delivery. My brother stayed home all day to make sure the driver could get in our apartment building and sign for it. I got home several hours after I received confirmation that it had been delivered and signed for. The guitar was just sitting in the entryway where anyone could grab it for several hours, and the driver *did not* get a signature from my brother because he never came to the door. Luckily things worked out, but I don’t appreciate lying and signing for me and leaving my $1200 guitar sitting 2 feet in the entry way in a box that says “Wildwood Guitars” right in the front
