  Excellent FedEx location with quick service. And I have to say that P is the man! He took care of a package for me to ensure it shipped nicely and was well protected

  So slow. There were 3 people working and I waited 10 minutes. This isn’t my first time at this Fedex, but it seems like they always have some issue and are slow and or grumpy all the time. Definitely better Fedex options around

  Not to sound like a crotchety lady, but it can be so hard to get great service. The store manager went well beyond expectations in helping me finish up a project in a timely manner with such a friendly attitude. Much appreciated!

  So short staffed. There was a giant box to return and we were told to use the self serve scanner. It took 2 people to try and lift it under the scanner rather than them using the scanner gun behind the counter.The QR part of the scanner wouldn't work. I was told that I needed to stand there and try for at least 2 minutes to try and get it to scan. So frustrating.
